Sudhan Technology LLC operates the PilotBro mobile application (the "Service").

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

### INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

#### 1. GPS Location Data
* **Precise Geolocation:** The Location permission is strictly required on your mobile device to establish situational awareness, overlay your current position on traffic maps, calculate relative headings, and record your flight history path coordinates in the local flight logger.
* **Offline Logging:** Location processing occurs locally on-device.

#### 2. Local Flight Logs
* When active, PilotBro automatically compiles takeoff time, landing coordinates, maximum speed, duration, and altitude data into a log entry. 
* **NO CLOUD STORAGE:** Your flight logs are stored purely in local device storage. We never upload or back up your logs to a remote server. If you delete or uninstall the app, your local logs will be permanently deleted. You can manually export your logs to a JSON file to create a personal backup.

#### 3. Subscription & Billing Data
* We collect transaction indicators necessary to process your in-app subscription purchase. 
* Payments are securely transacted and managed directly by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not store or process your credit card numbers or payment credentials.

#### 4. Usage & Diagnostic Data
* We may automatically collect device details (operating system, system configuration, hardware model, device ID, app logs, crash reports) to assist us in diagnosing bugs and optimizing app performance.

### DATA SHARING
* We do not sell or lease your personal information.
* Data is only shared with third-party tools to perform analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) to help us troubleshoot and improve the app.

### YOUR RIGHTS AND CONTROLS
* You can revoke precise Location or Nearby Device permissions at any time via your device's System Settings. Doing so will disable real-time radar mapping.
* You can export or clear all local flight logs directly within the **Log** tab in the app.

### LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & SAFETY DISCLAIMER
* **Aviation Safety:** PilotBro is an auxiliary situational awareness tool designed for supplemental pilot reference only. It must NOT be used as a primary navigation or collision-avoidance system. 
* **Data Accuracy:** ADS-B traffic information and GPS coordinate tracking can be delayed, incorrect, degraded, or entirely missing. Signal dropouts can occur at any time. The Pilot in Command (PIC) retains sole responsibility for scanning for traffic, maintaining visual lookout, navigating safely, and avoiding terrain or traffic conflicts.
* **Disclaimer of Liability:** Under no circumstances shall Sudhan Technology LLC, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, navigational errors, traffic conflicts, landing incidents, regulatory violations, hardware damage, personal injury, or loss of life) arising in any way out of the use of or inability to use this mobile application, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. You use this application entirely at your own risk.
